
Children’s charity NSPCC chose Underwired to undertake a comprehensive review of data usage and engagement opportunities across the entire organisation.
The digital strategy review was commissioned by Ian MacArthur, NSPCC's Head of Brand Marketing and Digital Strategy. We were tasked with delivering a three stage review: current status, industry best practice, and a roadmap for NSPCC to roll out best practice across the organisation.
This was a very challenging review, covering a huge number of data touch points and a wide range of business functions. We reviewed best practice guidelines to feed into a practical roadmap for setting them in place. It's going to be fantastic to see the results reflected in a strategy that will help the NSPCC not only to be more efficient in how it handles data, but also more effective in its core mission of ending cruelty to children.
