Laithwaites Wine is the UK’s largest independent wine merchant and the world’s largest independent home delivery wine merchant. It has annual sales of £250m and 800,000 customers.

When we started to work with Laithwaites we kicked off with a strategic review of its eCRM programme. While that was under way, we took over the management of its existing email marketing campaigns to ensure continuity and consistency. Since then we have rolled out an eCRM programme to deliver on the strategy, and manage a wide variety of ad hoc and tactical campaigns as well.
