Zavvi appoints Underwired for eCRM

Zavvi Entertainment Group, the DVD, Games, Music and Book retailer, is the largest independent entertainment retailer on the high street with 125 retail stores. The company has selected Underwired to manage an eCRM campaign and tactical emails in the run-up to Christmas.
Underwired is re-segmenting zavvi's data, which currently covers over two million customers and is generating hard working creative designed to increase sales in the lead up to the retailer's busiest time of the year.
