City Lit is a huge institution (it's the largest college in Europe, with 23,000 students), and creating a website that reflects the brilliant culture and atmosphere at City Lit is a lovely challenge, albeit one with a serious commercial edge.
The site has been restructured to improve the sales funnel, promote under-subscribed courses and make the site's commercial return much easier to measure. Ease of use and accessibility are also critical here, which suits us down to the ground - but ultimately the new site is designed to increase revenue. Early results are great, with a sales conversion rate of 12.5%.
